Elmo Barnett

BARNETT, Elmo, age 77, of Xenia, went home to be with the Lord, Saturday, July 30, 2005 at his home in Xenia. He was born January 28, 1928 in Jackson, KY, the son of the late McKinley and Ollie (Miller) Barnett. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Robert, GL, and Orville; sister, Mary Creech; daughter-in-law, Debra; granddaughter, Mary Ann. Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Icel Beatrice (Eldridge); 5 sons and daughters-in-law, Michael and Loberta, Kenneth and Kathy, Anthony and Sheila all of Florida, Rodney Lee and Regina, David and Christine of Xenia; 2 brothers and sisters-in-law, Donald and Millie of Beavercreek, John and Kay of Jamestown; sister and brother-in-law, Phyllis and Keith Daulton; 20 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held Wednesday, August 3, 2005 from 5-8 p.m. at Fairborn Free Will Baptist Church (16 Edna Ave. Fairborn) where funeral services will be held Thursday August 4, 2005 at 10:30 a.m..
