Elmer L. Phillips, age 65 of Adams County, OH passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, June 11, 2013 at his home. Elmer was preceded in death by his loving wife of 44 years, Merium; parents, Jacob and Dorothy Phillips; and many brothers and sisters.
Elmer is survived by 2 sons, Elmer Phillips Jr. and Jacob (Lisa) Phillips; grandchildren, Tiffany, Darin, Zachary (Ashley), Brandon, Nicholas, Diamond, Hailey, Sophie, Olivia, Kristi, Brooke, Vince, Alyssa, Jacob Austin, Chase, Serenity, Gracie, Brittany, and Cody; 1 brother, Jacob R.; 3 sisters, Leanelle, Melody, and Eureka.
Elmer was a loyal employee of Advanced Foundry for many years.
