"Bill" Elmer Legg, age 85 of Dayton, passed away on April 3, 2012. He was born on September 12, 1926 to the late James and Dessie Legg. In addition to his parents, Bill is preceded in death by his life partner of 41 years, Pauline Parsons and three brothers, Eldon, George and Frank Legg.
Bill is survived by his son, Clifford Legg; two brothers, Jesse (Barbara) Legg and Ralph Legg; three sisters, Violet Williams, Helen Mercer, and Mary Call; sister-in-law, Loetta Legg; uncle, Ford (Rosetta) Legg; several nieces and nephews; best friend, Roger; and other close friends in the Dayton Area.
Bill retired from General Motors after 40 years of service. His family would describe him as a very outgoing person, who had a great love for life.
