Elmer Baldwin, Jr.

Elmer Baldwin, Jr., age 92, of Cincinnati, formerly of the Dayton area, passed away on Thursday, June 22, 2023.
He was born April 9, 1931 in Ashland, Kentucky to the late Elmer Baldwin, Sr. and Naomi (Akers) Baldwin. Elmer was a proud Army Veteran of the Korean War. His Engineering career spanned 33 years at Dayton, Power and Light. Elmer was a longtime member of St. Henry Parish, where he enjoyed singing in the choir.
In addition to his parents, Elmer was preceded in death by his wife of 57 years Frances (Shock) Baldwin in 2012. He is survived by his children John Baldwin, Carolyn Baldwin, Robert Baldwin, Susan (John) Cramer, Sarah Liput, and Eric (Rachel) Baldwin. Elmer is also survived by his grandchildren Maddie, Kyle, Megan, Kayla, Daniel, Michael, Alyssa, Jessica and Joseph, along with many great-grandchildren and other loved ones.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 3, 2023 from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm at Newcomer Kettering Chapel, 3940 Kettering Blvd. Entombment will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
