Elli Needham

Elli Needham, age 92, passed away on September 23, 2023. She was born on October 19, 1930 in Giessen, Germany to the late Hermann and Marie Haubach. In addition to her parents, Elli is preceded in death by her husband, Harold Needham; grandson, Ryan Daniel and brother, Karl Haubach.

Elli is survived by her daughters, Linda Adkinson, Karen Alexander, Ellen (Scott) Daniel, Lisa (Tyler) Bowman; eight grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; sister, Marianne Sharrett; brother, Hermann Haubach (Inga) and sister-in-law, Rita Haubach.

Elli was a wonderful mother and caregiver to many through her career as a nurse at Grandview Hospital and Hospice of Dayton. She was loved by many and will be dearly missed.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 12, 2023 at Newcomer Kettering, 3940 Kettering Blvd. Memorial service will begin at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Pastor David Tackett to officiate. Elli will be laid to rest at Dayton Memorial Park privately with her family.
