SEARS, Ellen M. age 92, of Xenia, passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 27, 2015 after a short illness.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Charlie K. Sears and siblings, Norma, Elsie, Faye, Beulah, and Gilbert.
Ellen is survived by her children, Sherry Maples and Jeffrey (Cathy) Sears; sisters, Doris Behnken and Bobbie Spain; grandchildren, Darrell (Loretta) Paschal, Angie (Shawn) Myers, Amanda Sears, and Justin (Ashley) Sears; great grandchildren, Darrell, Macy, Abigail, Brendon, Austin, Jailyn, Trenton, Aaliyah, Ethyn, Briahna, and Javion, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to Loretta Paschal and Hospice of Dayton for all the loving care they provided to Ellen.
Family will receive friends from 9:30 - 11:30 am on Monday, August 31, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek with a service following at 11:30 am. Burial will be at Byron Cemetery, Fairborn. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
