OFFORD, Ellen Jane
age 81 of Dayton passed away Wednesday, September 7, 2005 at Home Sweet Home Nursing Home, Houston, TX. Jane was born January 25, 1924, the daughter of Otho and Flora Landor. She is survived by her children, Dennis S. (Priscilla) Offord of CA, Stephen L. (Paula) Offord, and DeAnne S. (Bernard) Aleem of Houston; sister-in-law, Theoda Landor; niece, Jacqueline Northcutt; 10 grandchildren, 13, great grandchildren; and numerous other nieces and nephews. Life long friends include Mrs. Louise Booker, Mr. & Mrs. E. Harvey, and Mrs. Artence Walton. Jane was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Thaddeus "Bud"; brother, Robert Landor, and sister, Otholee Hayden. Funeral services will be 12:30 p.m. Monday, September 12, 2005 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Road. Family will receive friends 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Interment will follow in Dayton National Cemetery. The family wished to express their appreciation to the staff of Home Sweet Home Nursing Home.
