Ellen Faye Marinelli
September 22, 1930 — December 11, 2019
Ellen Faye "Julie" Marinelli, age 89 of Dayton, went home to be with her Lord on Wednesday, December 11, 2019 at her residence. She was born September 22, 1930 in Imboden, VA the daughter of Charles and Nora Calton.
She is preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Rene McClellan, Bunt Hurst, Joyce Penley, brothers, Ray Calton and Bud Calton.
Julie enjoyed camping and could sit by the campfire for hours. She also loved gardening. Julie had the prettiest yard in the neighborhood and loved showing off pictures of it.
Ellen is survived by her husband of 57 years Tony; daughter, Kathy (Jack) Kemper; brothers, Wayne Calton and Bill Calton; grandchildren, Leah (Chris) Davis and Isaiah (Heather) Kemper; great grandchildren, Caleb, Aayla, Ellie and Callen. She is also survived by numerous family and friends.
Funeral Service will be held on December 19, 2019 at 2:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Beavercreek Chapel 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio 45432. Visitation will be December 19, 2019 from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm also at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers a donation can be made in Julie's name to Hospice of Dayton 324 Wilmington Pike Dayton, OH.
