Ellen E. Staubus

Staubus, Ellen E. (Wolff), age 91, a lifelong resident of Miamisburg, died peacefully surrounded by her loving children: Ellen Jane (Jack) O'Boyle, Emily Turner & David. She is also survived by her 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren who lovingly called her "BA-BA". Ellen was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years: James R. "Dick" Staubus; parents: Jacob M. & Loueda (Gebhart) Wolff; and brothers: Will, Don, & Jim. Visitation will be held from 10:00 – 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, November 25, 2009 at Newcomer Funeral Home (South Chapel) 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering. Graveside services will follow at Hillgrove Cemetery in Miamisburg. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to either Trinity United Church of Christ, 203 E. Linden Ave. Miamisburg, Ohio 45342 or the Miamisburg Historical Society, 4 N. Main St., Miamisburg, Ohio 45342.
