Ella Mae Hoke, age 81 of Kettering, OH went home to be with the Lord, November 12, 2015.
Ella was preceded in death by her parents Homer and Elizabeth Waggoner; 12 siblings; 3 husbands, Hubert Norman, Herman Brandenburg, and Daniel Hoke; and grandson, Jason Wardlow.
Ella is survived by her 4 children, Karen Howard, Vicki Norman, David (Cindy) Norman, and Brenda (Greg) Wardlow; 2 step-daughters, Colleen (Dennis) Bok and Patty Hoke; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and special life-long friend Violet Bowyer.
She was a founding member of Wesleyan Evangelistic Church, attending for over 50 years.
Family will receive friends on Monday, November 16, 2015 from 5-8pm at Newcomer Funeral Home (3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering, OH 45439). The service will be held on Tuesday, November 17, 2015 at 10am at Wesleyan Evangelistic Church (2104 Revere Ave., Dayton, OH 45420). Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Englewood.
