Williams, Elizabeth L. "Libby", 91, of Dayton, passed away December 20, 2017.
She was born December 8, 1926 in Bellaire, Ohio to the late Harry Littleton and Margaret (Coulter) Poe. Libby was preceded in death by her husband, Haskell Williams, her son Phillip Michael Williams, and granddaughter, Candy Hollis.
She is survived by her 2 daughters, Penny (Joe) Santella, Patricia (Ray) Schommer; sister, Phyllis Steinke; 5 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren and her beloved friend, Gilbert Ratliff.
Visitation will be held from 9:30am until 10:30am on Friday, December 29, 2017 at Newcomer, North Chapel 4104 Needmore Rd. where funeral service will follow at 10:30am Burial at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens.
