Elizabeth M. O'Neill

O'Neill, Elizabeth M., age 82, of Dayton, passed away on Friday, January 23, 2009. She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Dayton, where she sang in the choir, and a long time volunteer at St. Pauls soup kitchen and St. Vincent de Paul.

Elizabeth was preceded in death by her husband: Charles E. O'Neill Sr.; and her son: Timothy M. O'Neill. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law: Charles E. O'Neill Jr. & Diana; daughter: Linda K. Young (Heiser); grandchildren: Mandy (Mark) Kosak, Vicki Ropos, Josie (Craig) Schmidt, Kasey (Eric) Boston, Matthew (Angie) Heiser, Jenni (Pat) Seth, Mark (Jenny) Heiser; 15 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; brother: Robert (Martha) Menke; sisters-in-law: Pat & Barbara Menke; and numerous nieces, nephews, family members and friends.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be said at 10:30 A.M. on Wednesday, January 28, 2009 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 272 Bainbridge St., Dayton, Father Rick Friebel Celebrant. Interment will follow Mass at Calvary Cemetery in Dayton. The family will receive friends at the church on Wednesday morning from 9:00 A.M. until time of Mass. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the St. Vincent de Paul Society. Arrangements in care of Newcomer Funeral Home (South Chapel).
