HESLEY, Elizabeth M. "Betty"
age 84, of Kettering, passed away Wed., Jan. 10, 2007 at Heartland of Kettering. Betty was born December 11, 1922, in Boston Mass. She served our country in the Woman's Army Corps during World War II. Betty was an accomplished artist and served as a member of the Dayton Artists Society. She is survived by sons, Robert, Gary (Linda), David, and Dale (Sue); 2 sisters; 3 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; and companion of many years, Gus Essig. She was preceded in death by her husband James D.; son, James M. Family will receive friends 5:00-7:00 p.m. Friday, January 12, 2007 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, at the funeral home.
