Elizabeth "Libby" B. Stover , age 77, of Dayton, passed away September 30, 2019, Libby was born in Long Branch, West Virginia on April 6, 1942 to the late Bernice and Anna Coleman.
Libby retired from PTI. She was a member of Northridge Freewill Baptist Church for many years, where she enjoyed singing in the choir and ladies auxiliary. In her free time, she enjoyed attending bible studies and working for the church.
In addition to her parents, Libby was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Howard F. Stover, Sr.
She is survived by daughter, Cheryl (Greg) Litteral; son, Howard F. Stover, Jr.; 5 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; and 2 sisters, Sissy and Helen, both of WV.
A visitation will be held from 10:00 am to 11:30 am on Saturday, October 5, 2019 at Newcomer North Chapel (4104 Needmore Rd. Dayton), where services will begin at 11:30 am with Pastor Josh Branscomb and Steve Nickels officiating.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Northridge Freewill Baptist Church Missions.
