Elizabeth "Beth" Kidd, age 87 of Dayton, passed away Friday, August 22, 2014 at Miami Valley Hospital. She was born July 22, 1927 in McRoberts, Kentucky the daughter of William and Letha Adams. She retired from General Motors Delco Products after over 30 years of service.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, John Robert Kidd Sr., a son, John Robert Kidd Jr., and numerous brothers and sisters.
Beth is survived by her son, David Kidd; a sister, Billie Hignite; three grandchildren, Erika and her husband Chris Rines, Jakob Kidd, and Jama Wood; and 9 great grandchildren. She is also survived by numerous family and friends.
A gathering for family and friends will be Sunday, September 7, 2014 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - Beavercreek Chapel (3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio 45432). Please visit www.newcomerdayton.com to share a memory in the family guest book.
