Elizabeth Anne Creed "Liz"

Elizabeth Anne Creed "Liz", age 67 of Dayton, passed away on October 27, 2022 at Miami Valley Hospital. She was born on August 18, 1955 in Maysville, Kentucky to the late Leonard and Caroline Grubbs. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by two brothers, Frank and Lenny Grubbs; sister, Sandy Dunfee; beloved nephew, Eric Houdieshell; and niece, Dawn Dove.

Elizabeth is survived by her beloved husband, Kenneth Creed; two children, Kenny (Dusty) Hammonds and Brent Yeazel; five stepchildren, Kenny (Larissa), Deanne (Drew), Kim (Mark), Amber (De), and Timie (Duane); twenty grandchildren, Terra, Doug, Brandy, Andrew, Sydney, Jessica, Cassie, Keirsten, Kai, Max, Makayla, Chris, Amanda, Gary, Eric, Chasity, Lundon, Makaelyn, Madisyn, and Makenzie; thirteen great-grandchildren, Nadia, Cami, Emma, Alex, Alexis, Alayna, Amiya, Colton, Laya, Jayce, Kimberly, Madison, and Christopher; two sisters, Paula (Dennis) Kelley and Lisa (Stan) Houdieshell; brother, Ronald Porter; and seven very special nieces and nephews, Michael, Gunner, Nikki, Brandy, Mike, Kyle, and Zac. She is also survived by numerous family and friends.

Elizabeth was a volunteer at Cleveland School with her long-time friend, Priscilla Rash. She enjoyed fishing and watching Nascar racing. The most important thing to Elizabeth was her family and she loved spending quality time during the holidays. Elizabeth is very loved and will be deeply missed.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 pm 6:00 pm on Tuesday, November 1, 2022 at Newcomer Funeral Home (3940 Kettering Blvd. Kettering, Ohio 45439). Funeral Services will be officiated by Pastor Josh Bevan immediately following at 6:00 pm.
