Age 49, passed away October 17, 2007 at Hospice of Dayton surrounded by her loving family. Liz was born in Homestead, Florida on June 25, 1958 to Roy and Harriett Tucker. Liz was a 1976 graduate of Springboro High School and 1980 graduate of Miami University. Liz was the office manager at Middletown Prep and Fitness Academy and enjoyed her students and co-workers. She loved to spend time with her family and friends and enjoyed using her artistic talents as well as gardening, motorcycling and relaxing at the lake. She served on the Springboro City Council in 1996-1997. Liz is survived by her beautiful children, Bradley and Emily Groleski, her loving parents Roy and Harriett Tucker, her adoring sisters Susan Smith (Robert) and Amy Tucker, her nephews and niece Tucker, Ben and Sarah Smith, her many uncles, aunts and cousins and her devoted canine friend, Grady. A memorial service will be held Monday, October 22 at 2:00 pm at Epiphany Lutheran Church, 3366 South Tech Blvd., Springboro campus. Disposition is cremation. Final resting place will be the family cabin at Lake Fourteen, Britt, MN. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Pike, Dayton, Ohio 45420 or The American Cancer Society 2008 Springboro Relay for Life. Arrangements in care of Newcomer Funeral Home (South Chapel).
