Age 64, of Dayton, passed away Sunday, September 28, 2008, at her home. She was born February 15, 1944 in Hazard, Kentucky to Jesse & Evalee (Hayes) Angel.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Odell Day in 2005; and by four brothers and 3 sisters.
Liz is survived by her daughters, Tina Gaw & her fiancé, Troy Newton, Cindy Gruenemeier & Suzie Gaw ; four grandchildren, Jesse, Kevin & Casey Parsons & Jesse Jones; one brother, Edward & his wife, Bobbie Angel; one brother-in-law, Roy Lee Smith and by many dear family members and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m., Monday (10/6), at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Rd, Dayton. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m., Sunday.
A special thanks goes out to Rodney, Rose, Kelsey & Katlyn Smith for all their love and support. Don't ever forget how your daily help was so needed and appreciated.
