Elizabeth A. Phelps

Elizabeth Ann Phelps (Liz, Foo, Mimi), was born on 10/5/1956, in Xenia, OH, to Glenn (Bill) and Mary Minor Phelps. After years of declining health, she departed her earthly body on 11/16/21. Liz, was known for her sweet, fiery personality, love for her family, and for her love for orchids.

Foo was preceded in death by her parents; aunt, Audrey Minor; and nephew, Anthony Walton. She is survived by her sister, Delores Davis; brother, Glenn (Cotton) Phelps; daughter, Andrea (Cedrict) Phelps; grandson, Alex Roundtree; niece and nephews, Michelle Taylor, Robert, Donald & Ernest Walton, and Joseph Windsor.

Many family members and friends, and her furry companion, Bella, will miss Liz's sweet, "in person" spirit, but her spirit and memory will live on. Also holding on to those memories, will be her special friends, Gladys Watson, and Thomas Scrivens.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 27,2021, at First United Christian Church, 626 N. Columbus Street, Xenia, OH 45385. Masks are required. Viewing will be from 11 am – 12 pm. The service is from 12 – 1 pm. Due to Covid there will be no Repass.
