Elise Belle Smith, age 72 of Kettering passed away peacefully on November 14, 2015. She was born in Shelbyville, KY to the late Everett Thomas and Ruby Giles.
She bled blue and loved her Kentucky Wildcats! She enjoyed spending her free time playing the slot machines.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her identical twin sister, Geanise Piatt, from whom she was inseparable.
Elise leaves to cherish her memory, her children, Marcus (Gina) McGaughey and Yavonda (Pete) Nelson; sister, Doris LeCompte; brother, Buddy Giles; granddaughter, Tiffany Gibson; grandson, Joseph Scott McGaughey; great-grandsons, Jacob and Canaan; nieces and nephews, Angela, Michael, Susie, Cassidy, Dylan, Tommy, Kieth; and many other loving relatives and friends.
