Elisabeth Ann Johnson

Elisabeth "Lisa" Ann Johnson, 59, passed away peacefully on August 24, 2022. Loving wife to Craig Johnson for 39 years, adored mother of Sara Johnson and Erin Johnson, beloved daughter of Phillip Walther, cherished sister of Kathryn (Tim) Halbur, Andy (Ann) Walther, Sean (Kathy) Walther, Brady Walther and Steve (JoAnn) Clayton. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. She will be missed by all.

Lisa was predeceased by her mother Bev Clayton, stepfather Ken Clayton, and stepbrother Ken (Butch) Clayton Jr.

Lisa was born November 16, 1962 in Columbus, Ohio. She attended The Ohio State University and Wright State University earning Bachelor and Masters Degrees. She traveled the world working for DFAS at Wright Patterson Air Force Base and loved teaching Economics for many community colleges in the Dayton area. She enjoyed football, especially cheering on the Seattle Seahawks, reading, traveling, and her beloved pets.

A public gathering to celebrate Lisa's life will be held at Newcomer Funeral Home (3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd) on Wednesday August 31, 2022 from 5:00 pm -7:00 pm. In lieu of flowers please consider making a donation to a Multiple Sclerosis charity of your choice.
