Eleanor Gilliam

Eleanor Gilliam, age 86 of Miamisburg, passed away peacefully on June 21, 2016. She was born in Harlan County, KY to the late Stella and James Honeycutt. She loved to spend her free time playing Bingo and spending time with her family. Eleanor was an avid gardener. She was a loving and caring mother, grandmother, and friend and will be greatly missed by all who loved her.

In addition to her parents, Eleanor was preceded in death by her husband, Leroy Gilliam; daughter, Lana Short; son, Jimmy Gilliam; grandchildren, Ryan Gilliam and Brandon Gilliam; great-grandson, Joseph Wills; daughters-in-law, Chrissy Gilliam and Carlesa Gilliam; and many siblings.

Eleanor leaves behind to cherish her memory, children, Ronald Gilliam, Danny Gilliam, Gary Gilliam, Michael Gilliam, Barbara Gilliam; 13 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; sisters, Brenda Yankey and Liz Roby; and many other loving relatives and friends.
