KISER, Eldon H., age 78, went home to be with the Lord Monday, November 23, 2009 at his residence following a lengthy illness. He was born May 12, 1931 in Xenia, OH, the son of the late Harley J. and Imogene L. Kiser Hayslip. Eldon was a veteran of the United States Navy, farmed for many years in the Beavercreek area and was a self employed mechanic. He was preceded in death by his wife, Loretta A. Kiser and half brother, Dale C. Hayslip. He is survived by two sisters, Barbara Craig of Xenia and Sarah Dawson of Centerville; brother, Russell Kiser of Xenia; nieces, Leann Craig, Kim (Mark) Phillips, Patti (Todd) Clift, and Dawn Craig; great nephews and niece, Ryan Craig, Justin "Dustin" Craig, Brandon Craig, Dylan Harless and Kendal Harless, Brennan Phillips, Robbie Phillip and Alex Phillips, and Cameron Clift. Visitation will be held Monday, November 30, 2009 from 6-8 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home Beavercreek Chapel. The burial will be private. If desired, donations may be made to Newcomer Funeral Home in Eldon's name.
