Elaine Faye Zile

Elaine Faye Zile, age 75, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, January 16, 2024. She was born on March 19, 1948 in Dayton, OH to the late Frances and Steve Gatzulis.
Elaine was a nature enthusiast. She enjoyed camping, riding motorcycles and spending time with family. Elaine loved attending sporting events. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, William "Bill" Zile.
She is survived by her children, Jenifer (Gary) Smith, Joel (Julia) McIlvain, Jill Warner and Tony (Shelley) Zile;13 grandchildren; 1 great-grandson and her siblings, John (Theresa) Gatzulis, Dan (Diane) Gatzulis and Cindy (Rob) Henderson. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Celebration of Life will be held Tuesday, January 23, 2024 from 4:00pm to 6:00pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd. Dayton, OH 45424.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Dayton or The American Cancer Society.
