Eileen Dorothy Blackburn, 87, of Miamisburg, OH passed away Friday September 30, 2011. She is preceded in death by her parents, Al and Hazel May; and husband, David B. Blackburn. Survivors include children, Nancy A. Blackburn, David J. (Rachel) Blackburn, Richard A. Blackburn, and Barbara E. Blackburn; grandchildren, Beth B. (Christopher) Schrameck, Britney M. Blackburn, and David A. Blackburn; great grandchildren, Sophia A. Schrameck and Keegan C. Schrameck; brother, William F. (Virginia) May; brother and sister in-laws, Darlene (Lee) Frizzell and Steve Blackburn; numerous nieces and nephews, and her daily companion, Bandit.
Visitation is Tuesday October 4, 2011 from 5pm to 8pm at the Newcomer Funeral Home (South Chapel), Kettering, OH.
Mass of Christian Burial is Wednesday October 5, 2011 at 10am at Our Lady of Good Hope Catholic Church, Miamisburg, OH.
Father Thomas Nevels is officiating.
Donations may be made to the American Alzheimers Assocation.
Visitation is Tuesday October 4, 2011 from 5pm to 8pm at the Newcomer Funeral Home (South Chapel), Kettering, OH.
