He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Horace and Fannie Evans; sister, Ernestine (Tina) Borum; brother, Harvey Evans; nephew, Donyale Evans; and the mother of his children, Deborah Evans.
His life and the memories he created will be cherished by his daughters Trissa and Tasha Evans, and Tisha Ross; grandchildren, Jayden and Jayvon Evans, Lovelle and Evan Ross; sister Terry (Don) Lett of Plano, TX and brother Allen Evans; nephews Leslie Evans, and Raymond (Sherry) Springer of Houston, TX; nieces Nikki Evans of Louisville, TN and Ryan (Isiah) of Plano, TX; also the boys he loved as his own, Jalen and Jaleel Mack, and other relatives and friends.
