Edwin C. Hart

Ed Hart, age 90, of Beavercreek, Ohio passed away February 19, 2020. He was born January 1, 1930 in Xenia, Ohio to the late Owen and Mary Hart.

Ed was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, and friend. He loved spending time with his family. He enjoyed deer hunting and bowling. If not hunting or bowling you would find Ed in his back yard landscaping.

In addition to his parents, Ed was preceded in death by his daughter, Vicki Lynne Tobe; grandson, Eric Tobe; and son-in-law, Steven Johnson.

Ed is survived by his wife of 72 years, Jean Hart; children, Bev Johnson, Sharon Henry, Bob (Jeannie) Hart, Dan (Janet) Hart, and Tom (Ann) Hart; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; as well as numerous other family members and friends.

Family will receive friends on Tuesday, February 25, 2020 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at Newcomer Funeral Home, Beavercreek Chapel. Funeral Service will begin at 11:00am. Burial will follow at Valley View Memorial Gardens.
