Snyder, Edward L. "Ward" age 75, of Beavercreek, Ohio passed away on Friday, June 26, 2020. He was born in Dayton, Ohio on May 11, 1945 to the late Thomas and Genevieve Snyder (nee Wissel).
He was preceded in death by his brother, David Snyder; and two uncles, Joe and Tom Wissel.
Ward is survived by his beloved wife of 34 years, Sylvia Snyder (nee Ginter); sons, Brian (Amy) Snyder, Brad (Michelle) Snyder; grandchildren, Claire, Lainey, Gentry, and Genevieve; siblings, Tom, Ted, Ann, Cathie; and a host of other family members and friends.
Ward was a proud United States Army Veteran who served during Vietnam War. He loved to be outdoors whether he was building something or napping and enjoyed bowling his entire life. More than anything, he loved his family and being a Papaw. He will be truly missed.
In loving memory of Ward, contributions may be made to Honor Flight Dayton Inc., 200 Canary Ct., Enon, OH 45323.
Services will be held privately with the family. Celebration of Life will be scheduled at a later day.
