Edward Smith

Edward H. Smith, Jr. age 78 of Dayton, OH passed away peacefully on October 13, 2013. He was born in Fostoria, OH to the late Edward Smith, Sr. and Agnes Smith. In addition to his parents, Ed was preceded in death by daughter, Denise Askren; sister, Donna Kiehl; granddaughter, Kayla West; and son-in-law, Randy Harris.

Ed is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Emma Smith; children, Darla (Lou) Figuroa, Teresa (Lyle) Morgan, Bobby Moerch, Brenda (Harold) West, Douglas (Annette) Smith, Alice Harris, David (Deloris) Moerch, Edward Smith, III, James (Shannon) Moerch, Kent (Kim) Smith; brother-in-law, Gene Thornton; sister-in-law, Ruth Woodruff; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and other loving relatives and friends.

Ed was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend and will be greatly missed by all who loved him.
