Edward Lee Ramey

Edward L. Ramey, age 84, of Coshocton, OH, passed away Wednesday, January 25, 2023. Ed was born April 8, 1938 in Longacre, WV; one of 10 children from the late John and Thelma Ramey. He was preceded in death by his wife of 50 years (Patti Smith Ramey) and grandson (Killian). He is survived by his children: Kathy Lersch(David), Keena Harding, Lee Ramey(Annie); 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. His children and grandchildren have loving memories of him. Dad was known for being a hard worker that provided very well for his family while living his life with a strong faith in God. He was a lover of music, could sing and dance from a young age and had a wonderful sense of humor that was unmatched. He taught us(along with our mother) the value of education, hard work and generosity. We feel blessed to have had him for a father. The loving memories will comfort us, but he will be forever missed. We also offer gratitude to the Hatton family and McKnight family.
