Edward Raymond "Eddy" Palma, age 55 of Huber Heights, passed away unexpectedly and surrounded by his loved ones on July 21, 2019. Edward was born on September 13, 1963 in Washington D.C. to proud parents, Teresa A. and William E. Palma. He proudly continued his family's legacy of attending and graduated from LaSalle Military Academy on Long Island, NY in 1983; following in his father, uncles', and brothers' footsteps. One of his great and proudest achievements was being promoted from First Lieutenant to Captain. He then went on to earn his Bachelor's Degree from Xavier University.
Eddy married the love of his life, Tammy Graham on November 4, 1995. The two shared many beautiful years together. Eddy was a video audio specialist and worked all over the United States. He was very skilled in the kitchen and enjoyed making pizza and salsa for his friends and family and sharing in meals with them. Eddy enjoyed traveling with his family and found great peace being out west in nature.
Eddy had a passion for life and enjoyed "dancing" and living every moment with happiness. He had a smile that could light up a room and was a friend to all. Edward took great pride in his family. He found happiness when surrounded by those he loved. He was always ready and willing to help those in need and will be remembered for his generosity and compassion.
Eddy was a caring, kind, adventurous, and compassionate, husband, father, son, brother, uncle, and friend. He will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew him.
Eddy leaves to cherish his memory, loving wife of 24 years, Tammy Palma; children, Samantha Palma, Matthew Palma, and Benjamin Palma; parents, William E. and Teresa A. Palma; siblings, Teresa V. Palma, William G. "Bill" Palma, Lawrence (Angela) Palma, John (Helen) Palma, Maria (Mark) Trotter, Amy Deupi, and Annette (Mike) Bagnoli; mother and father-in-law, Tommy and Betty Graham; brother-in-law, Tom (Sharon) Graham; sister-in-law, Amy (Mitch) Hardert; nieces and nephews, Christiana, Mikaela, Noel, Christopher, Jacqueline, Nicholas, Gabriella, James, Isabella, Carlos Felipe, Catherine, Dominick, Angelina, Anna Maria, Isabella, Rebecca, Kathryn, Graham, Delaney, and Nolan; dear cousins, Kathy and Eric; and many other loving relatives and dear friends.
A memorial service honoring Edward's life will take place at First Christian Church - Huber Heights (6114 Fishburg Rd, Dayton, OH 45424) on Friday, July 26, 2019 at 7pm. Visitation for two hours prior (5pm - 7pm).
