Murchland, Edward B. Jr., "Ned", age 80, of Dayton, beloved husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather, passed away September 7, 2017.
He was born March 5, 1937 in Dayton, Ohio to the Late Edward Sr. and Thelma (Nance) Murchland. Ned graduated from Fairview High School in 1955 and then served in Army from 1955 until 1957. He was retired from NCR after 35 years in sales.
Ned is survived by his wife of 57 years, Ellen Kay (Jackson); 3 children, Scot and wife, Lynn, Lori and husband, Skip Morrill, Jeff and wife, Kathy; 4 grandchildren, Leann Norfleet, Kaley Murchland, Lindsey Murchland, Collin Morrill; and great-grandson, Landon Norfleet.
He was an avid golfer and was a member of the NCR Country Club. Private Services.
