Edward Massingille
October 11, 1931 — August 4, 2019
Edward "Eddie" Massingille, age 87 of Dayton, Ohio, passed away Sunday, August 4, 2019. He was born October 11, 1931 in Celina, Tennessee to the late Claude and Annie Massingille.
Eddie served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He recently retired from Morris Furniture after 19 years.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Connie Haws.
Eddie is survived by his sister, Roxie Rose; two granddaughters, Jessica and Samantha; son-in-law, Brad Haws; nephews, Ronnie (Debbie) Stone; Jeff (Sharon) Stone; and nieces, Tina and Angie Patterson (Bill Bell); and great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, August 13, 2019 from 10-11 a.m. at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, Ohio. A Graveside Service will be held Tuesday at 11:30 a.m. at Willow View Cemetery, 2500 Neff Road, Dayton, Ohio.
