Edward Long

Edward B. Long, age 89, of Miamisburg, passed away on May 20, 2016 at Hospice of Butler and Warren Counties. He was born on February 18, 1927 in Jonesville, Virginia to the late Sherman and Ruby (Farley) Long. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Auburn Long; Rhea Carter. Edward is survived by his niece, Alissa (Robert) Roark; nephew, Steven Long; sister-in-law, Sue Long; long time friend, Ellen Lloyd; long time friend and co-worker, Randy Winkler; great niece, Brittney (Danny) Halcomb; great nephew, Brandon Roark; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A celebration of Edward's life will take place at a later date at the convenience of the family.
