Edward (Eddie) Kinsey, age 49 years young passed away at Hospice of Dayton Thursday, January 19, 2012.
Ed was preceded in death by his father, Donald R. Kinsey, Chief Petty Officer (CPO), USN, Retired and his Uncle, Ed Hedke.
He leaves behind his best friend and the love of his life of 18 years, Connie Schoonover; children, Jessica Kinsey, Lance Corporal (LCPL) Daniel Kinsey (USMC); Stepdaughter, Kristi Batin (Tony); Grandchildren, Emily and Nick Batin; Mother, Donna Kinsey; Brother, Donald R. Kinsey Jr. (Mary); Sister, Joy M. Kiggins (Terry); Nephew, PVT Terry A. Kiggins Jr. (USA).
Ed was a Nissan Tech since '03 at Matt Castrucci Auto Mall; he loved riding his motorcycle, NASCAR and hot rods. He recently became a member of the Ohio 10th Battery (Civil War Re-enactment Group). Ed considered everyone he met to be his friend and two of those are his dogs (Buster and Jake). If you knew Ed, he didn't hold anything back, but, deep inside, he was a teddy bear.

Visitation will be held on Monday January 23, 2012 from 6pm to 8pm at the Newcomer Funeral Home (Beavercreek Chapel), Beavercreek, OH.
