Edward "Eddie" Steven Hinkle, age 68, of Kettering, Ohio, passed away on January 1, 2023. He was born on January 18, 1954 to the late Edward and Mary Hinkle. Eddie is survived by his wife of 48 years Kimberly Hinkle; daughter Ashley Hinkle; brother John Hinkle, and numerous other family and friends.
Eddie was an employee for the City of Kettering for 43 years as a maintenance mechanic. Throughout his career, he made a lot of friends that became his second family. Eddie was a Mr. Fix It and a chef in his own right, with family always looking forward to his cooking. He enjoyed the outdoors, especially fishing. Eddie was loved and will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
