Edward B. Granger, age 84 of Centerville, passed away on August 14, 2021.

He is preceded in death by his parents, William F. and Helen B. Granger.

Survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Delia Ann, Mary Sayers – sister, Jennie Granger-Ono – daughter, William Granger-son, Kimberly Granger - daughter in law, Helen Granger – daughter, Denn Santoro – life mate, Gregory Granger – son, 5 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by Anna Barkley – sister, Claudine Houston – sister, and Ellen Granger – daughter in law (Greg's wife).

Born of humble beginnings, Edward lived and grew up In Yellow Springs, Ohio and played many sports including basketball and football at Enon High School. He attended Ohio State University and then transferred to Wittenberg College where he met his wife Delia Ann (Dee). He then went to work for Bendix Corporation in NJ, and later to work for his father in law at SATEC in PA. where for many years and was President. Later he worked for Elgin Electronics, Robicon-Halmar, and C-Cor where he retired in 2002. Ed was a born again Christian and member of the Methodist Church. He always participated in supporting or actively engaging in missions both local and far afield as well as in the local church. He loved being part of the communities they lived in and helping as Cub Scout Webelos Leader, Boy Scout Committee, and eight (8) years on the Grove City, PA School Board. While retired and living in Ocean City, MD, Ed enjoyed the Methodist Men's Group, the Thrift Store and Church plants as a member of the St. Matthews by the Sea Methodist Church in Fenwick, DE. A friendly caring and loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather that we know is planting flowers in Heaven and singing with great rejoicing.
