Edward "Ed" Daniel

May 30, 1947 — July 3, 2013

Edward "Ed" W. Daniel, age 66 of Huber Heights, passed away on Wednesday, July 3, 2013 after a courageous battle with cancer. He is preceded in death by his parents, George Arthur, Sr. and Edna (Arbuckle) Daniel; brother, George Daniel, Jr.; sisters, Leah Marie Sharp and Becky Medley.

He is survived by his loving wife of 21 years, Tina Daniel; daughters, Abby Daniel, Ashley (David) Phillips and Mysti Daniel; siblings, Judy (Paul) Leasure, Karen Brown, Robert (Sheila) Daniel, Cindy (Jerry) Costlow and Mickey Tucker; numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Ed served during the Vietnam Era with 86 Trans Company in the U.S. Army and was a member of Chapter 97 in Huber Heights for Vietnam Vets. Ed was a dedicated family man and kept his family the center of his life. He was an avid reader of Stephen King novels, old cars, fishing and was known as The Donut King of Daniel Donuts in Fairborn and Huber Heights.
