Edward K. Coffey, age 78 of Dayton, passed away December 31, 2021 at his home. He was born January 28, 1943 in Caryville, TN to the late Edward L. and Audrey Jean (Parkerson) Coffey.
He is survived by his former wife and lifelong friend, Lynda Jones; three daughters, Kelly (Gordon, dec) Bell, Teresa (John) Sparks and Amy (Bill) Lidstone; five grandchildren, Rachel Sorrell, Jamie Nickell, Emily Shultz, Tommy Steele and Ryan Bell; great-grandchildren, Lucas Sorrell, Dallas Sorrell, Suraya Nickell, Elias Johnston and one on the way.
