He is preceded in death by his wife of 39 years, Erika Demuts.
He is survived by her daughter, Daina Westfall; grandchildren, Benjamin and Erika.
Memorial service is Sunday October 20, 2013 at 3pm at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Dayton, OH.
