Edna Louise Hennessey

Edna Louise Hennessey, age 90, of Centerville, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, May 11, 2018. Edna was born in Piqua, OH on February 15, 1928 to the late James Edward & Edna Louise Hennessey. She was preceded in death by her sister, Rose Mary Reser and brother, James Lee Hennessey.
Edna is survived by her nieces, Linda Wenrick and Billie Lewis, of Piqua, OH and Judy, of TN; nephew, James Hennessey, of FL; and cousin, Patrick Lafferty, of Dayton, OH.
Edna was a graduate of Piqua Catholic High School. She retired from Reynolds & Reynolds after 44 years of service as the personal secretary to the President of the company.
She enjoyed volunteering at Kettering Hospital's Gift Shop. In her free time she loved to play Bingo and Bridge with her friends.
A private interment will take place at a later date at the family's convenience. Edna will be laid to rest at Forest Hills Cemetery, Piqua, OH.
