Edna L. Duckson, age 102, passed away on March 10, 2022. She was born on February 24, 1920 in Chillicothe, Ohio.
She enjoyed embroidery and sewing. She loved being a mother and grandmother. She loved to go traveling with her daughter, Carol Ann, to Madison, Indiana.
In addition to her parents, Edna was preceded in death by her loving husband of 61 years, Carl Duckson; and her sisters: Mildred Duckson, Gladys DeMichael, Margie Bixler, and Verna Jean Martin.
She will be remembered by her daughter: Carol Ann Duckson; grandson: Allen Rose; nephews: Richard Lanum and Larry Lanum.
A visitation will be held from 12:00pm to 1:00pm on Friday, March 18, 2022 at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton, where the funeral service will begin at 1:00pm. Following the services, Edna will be laid to rest with Carl at Valley View Memorial Gardens.
