Pelfrey, Edna B. (Ball), age 86, of Dayton, passed away on Saturday, March 16, 2013. Edna was born June 6, 1926 in Manchester, Kentucky to the late Bleve & Flora (McDaniel) Ball. She was a long time member of Dryden Road Pentecostal Church in Moraine.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: James Pelfrey and her grandson: Spencer Oltmann.
Edna is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law: Brenda (Mike) Maddux of Dayton & Beverly (Elmer) Oltmann of Lebanon; grandchildren: Jayne (Matt) Burton, Jill (Joe) Mattingly, Meagan (Jamison) Burrick, Don (Angela) Hurst, Heather (Jerry) Borders, Hollie (Dan) Grilliot; great grandchildren: Katie Burton, Sarah Rose Burton, Nicholas Burrick, T.J. Mattingly, Isabel Burrick, Alexandra Burrick, Caden Hurst, Lauren Grilliot, Hailey Borders; and her siblings: Georgia Clark, Irene Weaver, Pauline McDaniel, Margie Hanson & Billie Turner.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, March 22, 2013 at Dryden Road Pentecostal Church, 3201 Dryden Road, Moraine with Brother Bennie Sutherland officiating. Interment will follow the service at Evergreen Cemetery in West Carrollton. The family will receive friends at the church on Thursday evening from 5:00 – 7:00 P.M. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Dryden Road Pentecostal Church Building Fund in memory of Edna.
