Earl Woods

WOODS, Earl Franklin "Frank", age 76, of Riverside, OH, passed away Wednesday, January 18, 2006 at Kettering Hospital. He was born December 18, 1929 in Paint Lick, KY. He retired after 30 years from the Heating and Airconditioning bussiness, was a member of Sheet Metal Local #224, and was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean Conflict. He was preceded in death by a son, Frankie; parents, Joe and Ida; three brothers, Walter, Roy, and J.M.; one sister, Louise Fryman. He is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Bernice; sister, Frances Huffman; step-daughter, Brenda; two granddaughters, Katina Hall and Peggy Ernst; six great-grandchildren, Chris, Tommy, Kevin, Makayla, Lindsey, and special great-granddaughter, Miranda Ernst; two sisters-in-law, Margaret Woods and Joyce Woods; many nieces, nephews, and friends. Visitation will be held Sunday, January 22, 2006 from 5-8 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home (4104 Needmore Rd.) where funeral services will be held Monday, January 23, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. with Rev.Kenneth Rydan officiating. Burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery in West Carrollton. Per request of Mrs. Woods, please no visitors to her home.
