Earl Mitchell Payne, born October 21, 1958, to the late Earl and Norma Payne, died on September 27, 2015. Mitchell was a lifelong resident of Moraine, Ohio, and was employed at Meijer. He excelled at mathematics and history. His favorite Bible verse was Jeremiah 33:3.
Mitchell is survived by his sister Kim, brother-in-law Joe Kershner, his niece and nephew, Leah and Joseph Kershner, and his cat Butters, who is now in the care of Charles Golden.
Mitchell endured a lifelong struggle with depression and mental disease. His family could not be more proud of the valiant effort that he made to overcome his illness. You were dearly loved and will be missed every day. Rest in peace, my beloved brother. You are safe in the arms of God.
