Earl Scott Manley, age 72 of Troy, passed away at home on Wednesday, August 30, 2023 surrounded by his loving family. He was born on March 18, 1951 in Mount Sterling, KY to the late Earl and Sally Manley.
Earl is survived by his loving wife, Heidi Manley; daughter, Hope Manley; grandchildren, Dylan Hutton and Megan Pottenger; great-grandchildren, Adrian, Bailey, and Alaina; sisters, Sharon O'brien, Jeanette Manley, and Patty Higgins. He is also survived by numerous family and friends.
Funeral Service will be held at 12:00 pm on Thursday, September 14, 2023 at Newcomer Funeral Home (3940 Kettering Blvd. Kettering, Ohio 45439). Family will receive guests from 10:00 am until the time of the service. Earl will be laid to rest at Dayton Memorial Park (8135 N Dixie Dr, Dayton, OH 45414).
