Earl C. Haley
February 4, 1929 — June 2, 2012
HALEY, Earl, age 83, of Riverside, passed away on Saturday, June 2, 2012. He is preceded in death by his parents, George and Leona Haley; sons, James, Kevin, and Keith Haley, and son-in-law, Robert Evans. Earl is survived by his wife of 57 years, Dorothy Haley; children, Gale (Connie) Haley and Barb Evans; sisters, Ilene Overstreet, Jane Moore, and Fern Neeley; brother, Kenneth Haley, as well as several nieces and nephews.
He served in the United States Army from 1950 – 1952, during the Korean War, while stationed in Germany. Earl worked for Hobart for 35+ years. He loved working in the yard and gardening and was a member of Northridge Freewill Baptist Church for 52 years.
Family will receive friends from 9:00 - 11:00 am on Thursday, June 7, 2012 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, with funeral services following at 11:00 am. Burial will be at Trissel Cemetery, New Lebanon.
