Dreama Sue Cantrell

Dreama Sue Cantrell, age 79, of Fairborn, passed away on November 23, 2021, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Ironton, Ohio, on July 28, 1942, the daughter of the late Kenneth and Ruby Thornton.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Kenny Thornton and Keith Thornton; as well as many beloved aunts, uncles, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.

Dreama is survived by her beloved husband of 46 years, Kelley Cantrell; children, Brian (Clara) Harnly, Brent (Samantha) Harnly, Kristi (Tadd) Horne, Ronald Cantrell and Deborah Erisman; grandchildren, Derek Harnly, Tiffany Dotson, Casey Harnly, Conner Moffet, Bailey Moffet, Logan Moffet, Heather Hatcher and Sunday Erisman; several beloved great-grandchildren; siblings, Peggy Bates, Dennis Thornton and Cindy Rothery; and many other loving family and friends.

She retired from Hal Gilliam Ford, after 15 years of employment. She was a member of Crossroads Baptist Church for many years. Her faith was something she held very dear. In her free time, she enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her "Grandbabies". Dreama was loved by so many, she touched the lives of many people. She never spoke a bad word against anyone, she had a love for her Lord that guided her in her daily life. She was a gentle soul and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

A Celebration of her Life will be held on Wednesday, December 1, 2021, at 6:00pm, at Giovanni's Pizza, 215 West Main St., Fairborn. Everyone is encouraged to bring in photos or a story about Dreama to share. The family truly wants this to be a Celebration of Dreama's life.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Ave., Dayton, OH, 45420.
