Dovie Irene Clark
Age 70, of Riverside, passed away Saturday, June 9, 2007, at Good Samaritan Hospital. She was a resident of Livingston Care Center.
Dovie was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, Ralph B. Clark; her parents, three sisters and three brothers. She is survived by three children, Carolyn, Randy and Sandy; seven grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; two sisters, Thelma and Barbara; and three brothers, Ralph, Herbert and Melvin.
Dovie enjoyed listening to gospel & bluegrass music. Her life revolved around her whole family, including her many good friends at the Livingston Care Center.
The family will be receiving friends from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m., Thursday, at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Road. Funeral services will be held at 4:00 p.m. Interment will follow at a later date in Big Stone Gap, Virginia.
In lieu of flowers contributions should be made to the family to help with funeral expenses.
