Douglas Hodge

Douglas J. Hodge, age 59 of Miamisburg, passed away June 26, 2014. He was born January 11, 1955 in Dayton to the late William and Gertrude Hodge. In addition to his parents, Doug was preceded in death by his brother, Stephen Hodge.

Doug is survived by his children: Patricia (Denny) Lewis, Michael (Brittany) Hodge, and Matthew Hodge; grandchildren: Jacob and Heather Lewis; brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Doug was a Veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, July 2, 2014 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd, where the family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service, from 10-11 am. Burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery with military honors. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Doug's memory to the National MS Society.
